Field Observations:

Yesterday was stunning. Perfect weather: no wind, -10C at 2100m, creamy dry powder on long open runs with friends in the backcountry. Starting out on gentle terrain getting quite steep by the end, we skied a lot and came home happy.
I still have 2 busy months of mountain skiing ahead of me in Hakuba, however this will be my last daily weather update. Come back and check for a few trip reports. Last day of skiing should be in June some time.
